The Sweeney
The Sweeney are a three piece pop band from Harlow, Essex, UK. Led by Murray Torkildsen, the band's singer songwriter, the group achieved some success and in 1996 were featured in John Peel's Festive Fifty. They formed in 1995 and released their debut single "Shut Up" in November of that year. Three albums followed; Pop Gun!, Bingo and The Sweeney. Torkildsen had previously released the album Sex, Lies and Videogames as a solo artist and played in various bands, including Real by Real, The Redwoods and John Otway's band.

The Seminals are a punk rock band from Harlow in Essex, UK. Brandon Reed - Vox, Rory Clark - Bass, Shaun Clark - Guitar, Dave Walsh - Guitar, Joe Lazarus - Drums. Dave walsh has toured europe as one time drummer for the London punk band Deadline. Real life stories of love & hate fuel vocalist Brandons angry approach to song writing. The Seminals are signed to Harlow based 'Shedio Records'.
