In January 2006 a coquettish little Welsh girl and her swarthy Spanish lover rustled up a blueprint which appeared to provide a solution to the world’s insipid musical malaise. Long Live was an indie rock / emo band from Norwich, similar to bands like Giants Chair and Ethel Meserve. They recorded a demo and a 7" before disappearing. They formed out of the ashes of screamo band We Close Our Eyes, and two members (Jop and Tom) have since gone on to play in hardcore emo band, the Mock Heroic. Klim went on to record a cd as Circle of Us.
