DJ Stingray

DJ Stingray (Sherard Ingram) has consistently avoided the mainstream to create a musical world of his own for over two decades. Ingram was joined by Carl Craig, Anthony Shakir and Kenny Dixon jr. for Urban Tribe. He toured as Drexciya's official assault DJ and his productions remain true to their Drexciyan descent through remorseless innovation in electro aesthetics. In his sets, Stingray combines fast paced UK and European electro with the classic Detroit sound to an energetic and soulful mix. He is continuously working the records, cutting and fazing like only few do.

Following the success of Chloé’s The Waiting Room, the label Kill The DJ continues to redefine a certain idea of electro music with the long-awaited release of the first album by REMOTE, aka Seb Fouble & Eric Guillanton. 2000-2003: the post-French touch period, everybody is on the look out for something new, and that something new is somewhere out there on vinyl. Seb & Eric release their first maxi as Joe Zas & Co. on Pamplemousse. Then another, this a really important record, a witness to its time: Astroglide, considered as one of the best maxis in 2003 by the press and DJs alike.

AUX 88

What happens when you take an accomplished dancer who's musically trained and unleash him in a studio? Well, if the conditions are right, you might get Aux 88. But not overnight... Tommy Hamilton had always been musically inclined. From the age of 5 he had played with drums, so the concept of the beat and rhythm were with him early on. While he was in high school in the early 80's, influenced by his sister, he became a dancer.

ADULT. is an electro band from Detroit, Michigan that integrates vocals with drum machines, analog synths and electronic/punk elements. They started releasing albums in 1998 under the pseudonymn "Plasma Co." Initially, ADULT. members were unrevealed, but now it is known that the band consists of husband-and-wife Adam Lee Miller (formerly of Le Car) and visual artist Nicola Kuperus. The two members are also the founders of the Ersatz Audio record label.

Detroit Grand Pubahs

The Detroit Grand Pubahs are Dr. Toefinger (Andy Toth) and Paris the Black Fu (Mack Goudy, Jr.). Both are from detroit, Michigan, United States. They combine electro, hip hop, and booty-bass with a good dose of humour to create a unique sound. Both of the Pubahs started in music at an early age, with Andy starting to play drums in various local bands at 16. Vocalist Mack began Djing at a similar age having been influenced by Jeff Mills’ legendary radio mix shows.
