No Use for a Name (often abbreviated NUFAN) is a punk rock band from San Jose, California. They were formed in 1987 by Tony Sly and Rory Koff. The band is highly praised in the skate punk and hardcore scenes, though their sound has evolved considerably through the years, taking on a much lighter and poppier brand of melodic punk. NUFAN's debut album, Incognito, was released in 1990 through New Red Archives.

Their first two albums were hardcore, sung in English and reached some popularity in European hardcore scene. After those two records, they released an acoustic EP, and since then, they've been singing in Spanish (the last two albums). Lead singer Mika Handa arrived in London in 1998, with the goal of playing in a punk band. Recruitment for the band began with the arrival in London of the guitarist Agi. Another Mika (Mika Kanayama) on bass introduced an element of musicality to the bass department while a North London boy, Ergi, provided the drums. In 2000, they signed with the Beastie Boys' label Grand Royal. Mika Bomb performed in the West Country plugging their singles "Super Sexy Razor Happy Girls" and "Heart Attack".

Frei.Wild is a German rock group, originating from South Tyrol. They started as a cover band of "Boehse Onkelz", but now write their own music and lyrics. They have a growing fan base in Germany, although they are still relatively small.

Their singer, Brian, was editor of the political hardcore punk fanzine Inside Front and later went on with other ex-members of Catharsis to form the band Requiem. 2. Catharsis was a French art band who released albums during the 1970's. Their first album, "Masq" (1971), was a mixture of formless chanting, hypnotic melodies, prominent percussion, Arabic styles, and experimental songcraft.
Lordi is a hard rock / heavy metal band from Finland, formed in 1996 by 'Mr. Lordi' of Rovaniemi, Finland. They're known for their monster costumes and lyrical themes. In the beginning of the 1990s, Mr. Lordi played in a small band from Rovaniemi. He left the band when the other members didn't agree with the introduction of theatrical elements and KISS-style rock. Mr. Lordi started producing demos under the name Lordi in 1991 and continued to do so for a few years. The rest of the band members met each other for first time in 1996 in Stockholm, where they had gone to see KISS perform.
Charlie Peacock (born Charles William Ashworth, August 10, 1956, also goes by Charlie Peacock-Ashworth) is a songwriter, record producer, musician, and writer, best known for his work in the field of Contemporary Christian Music. He was born in Yuba County, California. Ashworth studied at the California State University, Sacramento before becoming a professional musician and is currently working on a Masters degree in Theological Studies at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri.
