Tyondai Braxton is an American composer and performer and ex-guitarist / singer of American experimental-rock super-group Battles, and as a prominently featured artist on record label Warp Records. He has been actively producing and performing music under his name as a solo artist, as well as collaboratively under various group titles and collectives, since 1998. Raised in Connecticut, Braxton is the son of multi-instrumentalist and avant-garde composer Anthony Braxton. He later studied composition at Hartt School of Music in Hartford, Connecticut with Robert Carl and Ingram Marshall.

Since 2006, UK artist Richard Skelton has been releasing small run documentations of his own musical explorations through his Sustain Release label. These recordings are always exquisitely packaged, in materials and imagery that really invoke the feel of the recordings locked away on the discs.
Place and space play a big factor in Skelton’s creative process, transporting the listener to the environment in which the music was originally recorded.

Kettel is Reimer Eising (born 1982), a self-described "elixir-brewing, camping-loving and musicmaking sorcerer-to-be." He is well-known for his playful, spontaneous melodies and organic folk sounds similar to Aphex Twin, Jega, and Plaid. Kettel has frequently performed live in his home country of the Netherlands, including at the Virus festival in Eindhoven, the Dutch Electronic Arts Festival in Rotterdam, and at Eurosonic and Noorderzon in his home town of Groningen. He has also collaborated on several projects of various remixes and compilations on his many record labels.

Formed in Edinburgh in 2005 by Joe Acheson (bass and electronics), Poppy Ackroyd (keyboards and violin), Tim Lane (drums), and Jamie Graham (v-drums and percussion). Occasional guests live and on recordings include Marcus Britton (Orkestra del Sol, La Boum, Fat Tuesday), Su-a Lee (Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Mr McFall's Chamber), Nick Roth, Fraser Fifield, MC Profisee and Colm O'Hara. JAQ are building a strong following on the live circuit for their stunning blend of jazz, hip-hop, beats, electronics and FX.
