Ruby and The Vines

Ruby and the Vines, fronted by vocalist/bassist Binisa Bonner, fuse influences as diverse as Congolese roots music, jazz, afro-beat and reggae. The line-up is completed by guitarist Greg Sanders and drummer Ben Assiter, who complement Binisa's soulful, frank vocal delivery and deftly melodic bass lines with a meticulous groove. Lydia

Lydia is a two-piece (formerly six) indie rock group from Gilbert, Arizona. Lydia started out in 2003 as a five piece band: Leighton Antelman (Lead Vocals and Guitar), Steve McGraw (Guitar), Maria Sais De Sicilia (Backup vocals and Keyboard), Dustin Forsgren (Bass), and Loren Brinton (Drums). Lack Of Afro

Lack of Afro is the recording name of Adam Gibbons. Born into a musical family, Adam started playing the piano at the age of 7, taking lessons from his grandmother. He started the alto saxophone at the age of 11 and had progressed to Grade 8 by the time he was 17. Musical influences at this early stage included Motown, Soul, Jazz and all forms of Sixties music, courtesy of his father’s record collection.

Fishbone

Fishbone is a long-lived, influential band, self-described as jazzy ska-gospel punk rock-reggae. The band was formed in 1979 in the ghettos of South Central Los Angeles by Angelo Moore, also known as "Dr. Madd Vibe" (vocals, saxophones ranging from sopranino to bass, and theremin); Kendall Jones (guitar); John Norwood Fisher (bass); Philip "Fish" Fisher (drums); "Dirty" Walter A. Kibby II (trumpet); and Chris Dowd (keyboards, trombone).
