District Myths are a five piece hailing from the south cities of the UK. We are a unique group of musicians creating a distinctive blend of indie rock, electronic, hardcore and classical music. Our fan base continues to witness rapid growth as we play more live shows. Our second ever DISTRICT MYTHS show saw us as main support for EXIT TEN and FOREVER NEVER where we received a great number of positive reviews; our fourth gig has us placed as main support to SHELLSHOCK.

Effluence

Effluence are a dark punk/grunge band from England. Signed to Music Cuisine. There first release "Catch Rag" is a two track single with b-side "Stilts". Combining Physcobilly guitar work with stomping riffs, pulsating noise, howling vocals and catchy hooks. Effluence where first on the 12 for 2012 list by BBC Introducing Lancashire, who they think will breakthrough this year. We are Currently being played on Tom Robinson's BBC6 Introducing show. - REVIEWS - "10/10"
Effluence were in IMN's list of top Acts form 2011, also named our single "CatchRag" Their Number one single and 10/10.

Late Night Fiction

Late Night Fiction are a melodic post-hardcore quartet from Hull in East Yorkshire. Formed in 2007 by lead singer Phill Morris and guitarist James Thompson as an acoustic project, ambitions for a heavier sound saw the introduction of former Alison Angus drummer Josh Meredith and bassist Reece Britton in mid 2009. The band recorded their debut EP "Hands & Numbers" two months later, now released on Grey Man Records.

Jetplane Landing

Jetplane Landing are a four piece band from Derry (Northern Ireland) and London (England). They comprise Andrew Ferris (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Jamie Burchell (Bass/Vocals), Cahir O’Doherty (Guitar/Vocals) and Raife Burchell (Drums). Jamie and Raife are brothers. Their musical influences include - At The Drive-In (the band's name comes from an observation that At The Drive-In sounded like a jet plane landing, made by a band friend) Helmet, Soundgarden, Blues Explosion, Fugazi, Shellac, Big Black, Pavement, Rage Against The Machine, AC/DC, Robbie Robertson, Bruce Springsteen and Elvis Costello.

Cut Glass Accent

We are Cut Glass Accent. Formed in the latter half of 2002, Cut Glass Accent has been a frequent name in the local scene since their first show at the Blackbull in Bedlington back in August 03. In just over 6 years since their formation the band has played shows at venues as far and wide as Area 51 in Swindon to the 13th Note in Glasgow as well as famous venues such as The Stone Roses Bar in York and Newcastle's Carling Academy 2 and Northumbria University.

Sea Bass Kid

Sea Bass Kid are an up-and-coming, Edinburgh based 5-peice, sporting a unique indie pop sound flavoured with lashings of reggae, blues, folk and funk. The band have recently performed a string of shows, including highly successful nighs at The Ark in Edinburgh and Box in Glasgow. The nights were loads of fun, and SBK are regularly confirming new shows, so come along and see if you like what you hear.

Tom Jeeves (Bass / Keys / Vocals) Jake Shemmell (Guitar / Vocals) Sam Gowans (Drums / Samples) Kasakets formed in March 2009 with the aim to make sounds which excite our ears and challenge us throughout. With the motivation and inspiration from our musical peers, we adhere to fundamentals of dynamics, originality, integrity and persistence in creating sounds, albeit a little sluggish. The long-time ménage à trois and our love for music defines our longevity.
