Channel Zero

Channel Zero is a Belgian metal band. Franky DSVD (current project: Skitsoy), Xavier Carion (current project: Sons of Jonathas), Tino DeMartino and Phil B. came together in Brussels (Belgium) in 1990. They started 'Channel Zero', inspired on the 'Public Enemy' song 'She Watch Channel Zero'. In August 1997 Channel Zero anounced the split of the band. Meanwhile they had produced five albums: Channel Zero (1992), Stigmatized... (1993), Unsafe (1994), Black Fuel (1997) and a live album Channel Zero Live (1997) which contained a recording of their gig at Marktrock Leuven in 1997.

Down

Down is an American Stoner Metal band formed in 1991 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The band is a supergroup, comprising members and former members of Pantera, Corrosion of Conformity, Crowbar, Superjoint Ritual, Eyehategod and Kingdom of Sorrow. Since its inception, Down has released three studio albums and has gone on hiatus twice to focus on the members' respective bands. Formation and NOLA:

Parabellum

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Parabellum from Colombia. Being formed in 1981 Parabellum is referred to as the first extreme metal band from Colombia, and one of the first in South America. Unbelievably evil stuff somewhere between Hellhammer, Sarcofago, Poison (GER) and Bathory, but even more dirty and vicious with some spine-chilling doom parts. Had a couple of EPs in the 80-s, and in 2005 a compilation, called Tempus Mortis was released.

It took some doing to get Vinnie Paul into a band again. Nothingface bassist Jerry Montano approached the former Pantera and Damageplan drummer to be part of the all-star outfit Hellyeah several times before Paul (still mourning the December 2004 onstage shooting of his brother, Dimebag Darrell, at a Damageplan show at the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio) acquiesced. "I've known Jerry forever," Paul tells Billboard.

Dixie Witch

Drawing deep from the well of Southern rock and hard rock in general, Dixie Witch is, fittingly, from Denton, TX. Trinidad Leal (drums and vocals), JT (guitar 2009) - formerly Clayton Mills (guitar 1999-2009), and Curt Christensen (bass) have been playing together since 1999. The trio's first record, Into the Sun, was produced by the band for Texas-based Brainticket Records and released in the summer of 2001.

1) Burden is a finnish thrash metal metal band. It was founded in autumn 2008. Sami (bass guitar/vocals) and Henkka (rhythm guitar) phoned Matias (drums) so they could form a band. Later Henkka asked Otto (lead guitar) to join the band, and he did. After they had composed some songs of their own, they practiced hard and went to the studio.

Juggernaut

There is more than one artist with the name Juggernaut: 1. Juggernaut was a Texas thrash metal band known for their outragous live shows and off stage antics. Two albums were released, both on Metal Blade records: Baptism Under Fire in 1986 and Trouble Within in 1987. Both are available on reissue by High Vaultage records with generous bonus tracks. Black Label Society

Black Label Society is a heavy metal band formed by Ozzy Osbourne/Pride & Glory guitar player Zakk Wylde. They released nine albums to date, seven of which are studio albums. The band, aside from Wylde consists of bassist John "JD" Deservio, drummer Craig Nunenmacher, and fellow guitarist Nick "The Evil Twin" Catanese. The band is not to be confused with Zakk Wylde's solo project (sometimes known as Book of Shadows after its only album) or with Pride & Glory, Wylde's southern rock band.
