Stevie Jackson

Stevie Jackson is a Scottish musician and songwriter. He plays lead guitar and sings in the Glasgow-based indie band Belle & Sebastian. Jackson's guitar playing is very distinctively retrogressive and melodic, with a heavy use of reverb and minimal effects. He has, in the past, been nicknamed 'Reverb' or 'Stevie Reverb' due to his use of the said effect. Prior to joining the group, Jackson was a member of the now-defunct The Moondials, a band that released a single on Electric Honey, a label that would later issue Belle & Sebastian's first album, Tigermilk.

Matt McGinn

There are at least two artists with the name Matt McGinn 1. A Glasgow singer songwriter and poet who came to prominence in the 60's with his prolific folk songs.
2. An Irish singer songwriter from Hilltown, Co. Down in the Mourne Mountains who has released his debut album Livin'
1. Matt McGinn was one of the most important singer songwriters of the folk revival in the 1960s and 1970s. He was born on 17th January 1928, in Ross Street, Glasgow, next to the famous "Barras " market.

Leon Jackson

Leon Jackson, 20 (born 30 December 1988), is a Scottish singer who won the fourth series of the popular British television talent show, The X Factor, in 2007. His debut single, a cover of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey's duet "When You Believe", was digitally released on 16 December 2007 and was available in shops from 19 December 2007. It achieved the coveted UK Christmas #1 spot on 23 December 2007, and to date has spent three weeks at the top of the UK Singles Chart.

A five piece outfit from the Edinburgh/Dunbar area of East Scotland. The average age of the band is fifteen and although they have only been gigging for a few months they are attracting quite a bit of interest.

Calum Carlyle

Calum Carlyle is a singer/songwriter from Orkney, now based in Edinburgh. His stock in trade is edgy acoustic snapshots, however he is also known for more upbeat singalong numbers as well as many types of world and folk music. He used to be in a band called The Lapels, with Kris Drever and Neil Dixon, and he's now in a band called Neoviolet, as well as performing his own material.
