Ken Nordine

Ken Nordine ( January 1920) is an American voiceover and recording artist. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Ken Nordine is the son of an architect. He attended Lane Technical College Prep High School (Chicago) and the University of Chicago. He has three sons with his wife Beryl whom he married in 1946. Nordine's deep, resonant voice has been featured on many commercial advertisements. One critic wrote that "you may not know Ken Nordine by name or face, but you'll almost certainly recognize his voice."

Colin Towns

Colin Towns was born in 1949. He is one of Britain's most prolific TV and film composers. His list of credits and includes TV dramas such as Cadfael, Pie In The Sky, Between The Lines and Imogen's Face, and films such as Space Truckers (with Dennis Hopper), The Puppet Masters (starring Donald Sutherland) and Captives (starring Tim Roth) In 1976, he joined ex-Deep Purple singer Ian Gillan and stayed through various incarnations of the Gillan Band, co-writing most of the songs on the band's 10 albums until 1983 when Ian Gillan became singer with Black Sabbath.

Artist Paul Rooney was born in Liverpool in 1967, and trained at Edinburgh College of Art. Paul’s practice focused from 1997 to 2000 on the music of the ‘Rooney’ CD’s and performances. Rooney achieved an appearance in John Peel’s Festive Fifty in 1998, and a ‘Peel session’ in 1999.
