MUTEMATH is an alternative rock band which formed in New Orleans, LA, United States in 2003. They consist of Paul Meany (vocals, keytar, keyboards, samples), Roy Mitchell-Cárdenas (bass, percussion), Darren King (drums, samples), and Todd Gummerman (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals). Since MUTEMATH released its first EP in late 2004 and hit the road in 2005, their inherent nature has challenged limitations and expanded parameters.

At the end of 2006, Txarly Usher, Nando Fausto and H. Zombie celebrates a secret meeting inside a cold-storage room. The mission was to make a conceptual record paying tribute to their favorite movies, recapturing the essence of the nerve and the direct thing as way of liberation. Five Star - a 5 piece British Pop Group, famous for their own made costumes and energetic dance routines, had huge success in the 1980s. Five Star are siblings Deniece (later to be called 'Denise') Pearson (lead vocals/song writer), Stedman Pearson (costume designer), Lorraine Pearson (spokesperson & song writer), Doris Pearson (choregrapher) and Delroy Pearson (song writer & producer). Born in Romford Essex to record owner Buster Pearson.
