MOTO stands for Masters Of The Obvious. Pretty much it's Paul and whoever is playing with him at the time. Some people think Paul's lyrics are too dirty but most people think they are funny. MOTO write songs that are catchy. That's all that really matters. It all got started in the early 80's in New Orleans. But then Paul moved somewhere else. MOTO have released dozens of albums, some cassette only, some CDs, some are little vinyl discs like this one. You've probably never heard of MOTO. It's a good thing that now you know.

The Chicago three-piece, known for their enkindling of 60s-style rave ups, The Yolks have released three records thus far: a four-song, self-released 7” EP, “Introducing The Yolks”, a single on Bachelor, and their self titled LP, a split release between their very own Randy Records and Bachelor Records out of Austria.
Dragster is the name of two different bands. One the project of singer-songwriter Deborah Cavallero and Sleater-Kinney's Lora MacFarlane. The music is jangly pop, reminiscent of Jenny Toomey's older work. Dragster are also a Punk n Roll 5 Piece from Coventry, UK. With fast pounding drums, smooth guitar riffs and a growl from frontwoman Fi that'll blow you away (www.myspace.com/dragstersuicide)
A visual cross between the leather bondage movie “Cruising” and the raunchy retro-fuelled imagery of early John Waters movies like “Desperate Living,” San Francisco’s Hunx and his Punx (one of whom is Justin “Nobunny” & another of former Gravy Train!!!!) have injected humor, imagination and fun into their prodigious multimedia output, which includes records and videos. Hunx’s bouncy pop sound is equally cool, melding ‘60s-based bubblegum pop sensibilities with DIY garage prowess for a sticky-sweet aural assault.
The Gravedigger V started as The Shamen by singer Leighton Koizumi, 16, and 15 yr old bassist Chris Gast, and included ace guitarist Ted Friedman, 16, punk-rock drummer, Matt, (last name and whereabouts unknown,) replaced by the spectacular drummer Dave Anderson. Rounding up this line-up of strange beings was enigmatic guitarist John Hanrattie. Informed at gig #1 that The Shamen was taken as a name, (by about a zillion bands worldwide), the group sat at Bob's Big Boy for hours coming up with a replacement name.
Both Megan March and John No, equal parts of Street Eaters, were born in Oakland, raised in the East Bay, and came of age in the DIY punk world of 924 Gilman, Mission Records, and the Oakland art warehouse scene. At times you get a glimpse of the well-known East Bay sound in their music, but the band draws from a wide and varied musical palette. Street Eaters
The Flaming Stars are a garage band. That's garage as in loud guitars, valve amps, cheap electric organ and trashcan drums. They play live in the studio, live on the radio and live on stage. Formed in December 1994, they have regularly filled venues such as The Garage, and the LA2, and venues around the country, as well as playing sell-out tours around Europe, Japan and the US.
Leicester (UK) based four piece Garage Punk Trashmongers, influenced by the attitude of teenage frat-punks and the rough and ready ethos of Lo-Fi DIY punk.
