Ansia
There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Mexican independent band, dark sounds, deep lyrics, great voice. 2) Ansia project was born in Italy due to the will of finding new sounds into the doom scene. The lineup started with Ruben (drums), Steven (guitars) and Ethere (vocals, bass, synth). In the spring of 2006 they begun working in their music, and after a few months the songs I, II, and III were finished, then mixed by Alessio Fagrelli (ex-session keyboards for Deinonychus), who also plays piano on the song I.

Ophis
Ophis (greek for "serpent" or "snake"), began its lurking career in Hamburg, Germany, way back in the year 2000 as a solo-project of Rain of Ashes drummer Philipp as an outlet for his emotional downs and his deep love for depressing doom metal and death metal sounds. After this embryonic phase, Ophis grew to a full band in late 2001 with the line-up of Philipp on vocals and guitar, Fred on guitar, Johannes on bass and Richard on drums, but split up only after a few months without having played live or having anything released. Dissolving of Prodigy
Melancholic Doom-metal in the vein of My Dying Bride. Combines a lot of different elements like violins, flute, female vocals and more. Very atmospheric but also still brutal and heavy - something for Death/Doom fans. Their 2002 release sees them moving more in the direction of pagan/dark metal, and most of the doom/death references of their past sound are lost.

1) Burden is a finnish thrash metal metal band. It was founded in autumn 2008. Sami (bass guitar/vocals) and Henkka (rhythm guitar) phoned Matias (drums) so they could form a band. Later Henkka asked Otto (lead guitar) to join the band, and he did. After they had composed some songs of their own, they practiced hard and went to the studio.

Disembowelment
1) diSEMBOWELMENT was an Australian death/doom metal band from Melbourne that was formed in 1989 after the two piece grind band Bacteria featuring drummer Paul Mazziotta and guitarist/vocalist Renato Gallina changed its name and musical style. With Dean Ruprich from Necrotomy providing bass, the band released its first demo, "Mourning September" in 1990. The band played very slowly (and occasionally with great speed), and relied equally on the atmospheric effects of droning guitars and constant riffing.
