Facebreaker

Facebreaker is a -band formed in the summer of 1999 in Finspång, Sweden. The band consists of vocalist Roberth Karlsson, guitarists Mika Lagrén and Janne Ivarsson, basist and backing vocalist Jonas Magnusson and drummer Mikael Wassholm. Facebreaker started as an idea of a straight-forward metal act and in the autumn of 1999 the band began rehearsing. Jonas came to join the band after stopping by a rehearsal-session.

Mourning Beloveth

Mourning Beloveth, an Irish death/doom metal band that creates long and slow songs with various vocal arrangements, began in winter 1992 but it wasn't until 1996 that they recorded their first, untitled, demo with Darren (vocals), Frank (guitar), Brian (bass), Tim (drums). Recorded in eight hours with Adrian Butler at the desk this demo contains two songs and is a raw indication of where Mourning Beloveth stands in the doom death scene today.

Horrified

Horrified is a Death Metal band from Athens, Greece. The idea of forming a Death metal band was swirling around in Gore's head for months, back in 1989. 1990 - Finally HORRIFIED came into being in early 1990 with the following line-up: Gore- Vocals, Timos- Guitar, Kostas- Bass, Stelios- Drums. After a couple of live demos their first official one was released in late 1990 entitled "Prophecy Of Gore". The response of the underground scene was enthusiastic. They signed with the local underground label Black Power Records.

Desire

Desire is the name of six bands: 1) Hailing from Portugal, Desire is a death/doom metal band formed in 1992. They have three full length albums, they used to be known as Incarnated. Their music represents a dark, lustful atmosphere with keyboards and female vocals. 2) Desire is the new music project produced Johnny Jewel (of Glass Candy and Chromatics) and signed to the Italians Do It Better record label. The group came about after Johnny met singer Meagan Louise in Montreal. Assured that she was the perfect voice for his new songs, Johnny left his long time home in Portland for Montreal.

Apotheosis

There are five bands using this name: 1) A / one man band from Malta. Sauron composes all of the music for Apotheosis. Although the band was formed in autumn of 1993, it wasn't until 2002 that Sauron released a full length, the four track epic Farthest From The Sun. 2) A two piece band from Toledo, Ohio. Their first album, 'Husk', was self-released in 2011 and they are currently (9/12) completing their second release, 'Bane'.

Perhaps it was her musical training or just innate ability, but it was apparent from the start that Laura Totten aka, Sage’s musical sensibilities made her an exceptional DJ. Having started her musical endeavors at the age of 4, the first instrument Sage played was the piano. Her love of music, and talent had her soon graduating to the violin at the age of 6.

There is more than one band known as Rainbird. 1) Gothic/Doom metal band formed in 2004 at Belarus (Orsha), distrubutes their records under the label of "Backfire productions". It's a Screaming from the Oblivion musicians side-project. 2006 Poets’ Blood
2) Rainbird are a progressive rock outfit from Melbourne, Australia who formed in 2007. They have just released a demo and are currently playing highly energetic and entertaining gigs around Melbourne. They recently supported popular prog rockers Cog at the Youth Week festival and are building up a dedicated following.

Coffins

Coffins are a Japanese band, formed in 1996 by guitarist and vocalist Uchino. Having gone through several lineup changes in the past, they now consist of Uchino, Ryo (drums) and Koreeda (bass). Their sound is influenced by old school '80s and '90s , and . After several demos they released their 1st full-length album "Mortuary In Darkness" in 2005.

The Prophecy

THE PROPHECY began in 2001 when John Bennett and Greg O'Shea met up with vocalist Matt Lawson one bleak and grey evening in The Empress pub, Bradford. Two weeks later THE PROPHECY had recorded a demo CD Her Embrace, My Ruin at Performance Studios. From this point on the band decided to get serious and spent six months enclaved in their practice studio. The result of this was the To End All Hope demo which, although far from perfect, still stood high above the crowd of doom metal wannabe hopefuls.
