Sleepers

There are at least 6 bands / projects named Sleepers: 1. Sleepers is the recording and performance project of Silas Ciarán and Amanda Boutourline. It began as a solo outlet for Ciarán in early 2004, and was at this time geared towards Black and Doom Metal with flecks of ambient. It is now a full fledged crossover project, incorporating many different sources into one heap of sound. 2. Sleepers was a progressive new wave rock band from Gold Coast, Australia. They have changed their name to Awaken I Am.

The Box

There are, at least, four artists named The Box. 1) A Montreal, Canada band, formed 1981 by Jean-Marc Pisapia (an early member of Men Without Hats). The band was re-started, in 2003, with new lineup. Originally, Jean-Marc recruited guitarist Guy Florent and bassist Jean-Pierre Brie for the band, who were originally known as Checkpoint Charlie before settling on the name The Box. After a 15-year hiatus the band released their fifth album, the progressive-rock flavored "Black Dog There" on Komfy-Universal.

Moth

There are six (6) artists by the name Moth. (1) MOTH was formed in a Cincinnati, OH garage in the early 90s by frontman and tune-smith Brad Stenz with guitarist "The Billionaire" joining shortly thereafter. Drummer Kevin Hogle made his appearance with the band shortly after Virgin Records fall-out and bassist Eli White followed in tow. The band has released five full length records including a major label release on Virgin records. They have also done live performances on Craig Kilborne, AOL, and Chicago's Man Cow Show, numerous national tours and a UK tour.

Dave Allen

There are more than one artist with the name Dave Allen: 1) Dave Allen (born 23 December 1955) was the bass guitarist for the post-punk band, Gang of Four.
In 1981, he left Gang of Four to found Shriekback. He later founded World Domination Recordings and two of its bands, The Elastic Purejoy and Low Pop Suicide (with Rick Boston). He appeared on several LPs and EPs with each of these bands, though his ambitious plan to release a work of 20 volumes produced only three releases, The Harvest (soundtrack) and the Elastic Purejoy's The Clutter of Pop and Talk Radio (album).

Television Personalities

The Television Personalities are an English post-punk group with a varying line up. The only constant member is singer/songwriter Dan Treacy. Their first release (January 1978) was the single "14th Floor / Oxford Street W1". Their second release, the EP Where's Bill Grundy Now? features one of their best-known songs, "Part Time Punks". The Television Personalities' first album And Don't the Kids Just Love It was released in 1981.

Bryan Ferry

Bryan Ferry (born 26 September 1945 in Washington, Tyne and Wear) is a British singer, musician and songwriter, famed for his suave visual and vocal style, who came to public prominence in the 1970s as lead vocalist with Roxy Music. He is also noted for his alternative highly successful solo career.

THE DANSE SOCIETY

The Danse Society are a post punk (the precursory term for Gothic rock ) group from Barsnley, England, active from 1980. The original line-up included Steve Rawlings (voice), Paul Nash (guitar), Lyndon Scarfe (keyboards), Tim Wright (bass) and Paul Gilmartin (drums). Lyndon Scarfe was replaced by David Whitaker (formally of band Music for Pleasure) after the Heaven is Waiting Album.
In 1980, they recorded and released their first 7" single, "Clock," on their own newly-formed record label, Society Records.
