Suicidal Black Metal

Kyla refers to two current recording artists:

1.) Kyla refers to Kim Carlsson`s one man project. Kim Carlsson is a swedish musician, member of bands such as Hypothermia and Life Is Pain, both bands having their lyrics and atmosphere based on depression, melancholy and pain. Kyla follows the same depressive style and ideology. Kim is also one of the founding members of swedish depressive black metal/rock band Lifelover.

Forgotten Tomb is a black metal band formed in Piacenza, Italy in 1999 by Ferdinando "Herr Morbid" Marchisio. The band is well-known for being among the pioneers of the so-called depressive black metal subgenre. They have modified their style over the years by adding classic rock influences to the typical eerie sound. The lyrical themes of the early albums revolve mostly around depression and suicide, while the recent albums lyrics deal with negativity and nihilism.

There are at least four Bands with the name "Anti" and two artists. 1) A Depressive black metal band from Germany (Leipzig).
2) A Hardcore Punk band from California, active in the early 80's.
3) A Greek Punk - New Wave band, active in the early 80's. See Αντί.
4) Electronic experimental artist of 2006 onwards.
5) Early version of Angry Cops from Cedar Falls, Iowa that performed at the Crapper Day show.

Bethlehem is a dark metal band from Grevenbroich, Germany, formed in 1991 by Jürgen Bartsch and Kläus Matton. Before begetting Bethlehem, Bartsch and Matton used to play in a German Thrash metal band called Morbid Vision. Much of the themes in their lyrics revolve around sickness, morbidity, suicide, death and madness that may to some extent be personal to the band, though they are very difficult to understand even for German speakers because they make absolutely no sense whatsoever.
