Carla Bozulich

Carla Bozulich is a singer-songwriter. Her career started with fringe grungers Ethyl Meatplow, but she is best known for her work with The Geraldine Fibbers. Since the Fibbers' split, she has produced several solo albums, and collaborated on several projects (particularly with experimental jazz guitarist Nels Cline) such as Scarnella. Always influenced by country music, in 2003 she rerecorded Willie Nelson's concept album Red-Headed Stranger, with Nelson's collaboration, to enthusiastic reviews. Her latest album, Evangelista, was realeased in 2006.

Lisa Lois

Lisa Hordijk ( stage name: Lisa Lois) (born in Wageningen, Netherlands, June 22, 1987) is a Dutch singer and winner of the second season of X Factor. Her debut single, a cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" went straight to number one in the Dutch Top 40. Before Lisa participated in X Factor she was in a band called Left Lane Lisa which was quite popular in her hometown and in some other parts of the Netherlands.

Peter Walker

Peter Walker is an American guitarist playing in the popular-folk tradition. He first gained recognition in the Greenwich Village folk scene of the Sixties before recording two albums in the mid-to-late sixties described as American folk-raga. He has studied with Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan, and was Dr. Timothy Leary's musical director. In recent years, he has become more interested in and reflective of Spanish Flamenco styles.

A.A. Bondy

A.A. Bondy is actually the birth name (the initials stand for Auguste Arthur) of Scott Bondy, the former lead singer of Birmingham, AL's Southern grunge darlings Verbena. After Verbena broke up in 2003, Bondy retreated to his Catskills home in Palenville in upstate New York and in time began writing songs again, emerging with a stripped-down indie folk sound. He recorded and mixed his debut solo album, American Hearts, at a barn near his home, releasing the project in 2007 on the Superphonic imprint. The album was picked up by Fat Possum and re-released early in 2008.

Lyle Lovett

Lyle Lovett is an americana singer-songwriter and actor from Klein, Texas, who has been described as "the thinking man's cowboy". While typically associated with the alt-country genre, his albums typically incorporate folk, swing, blues, jazz and gospel music as well as more traditional country & western styles. The four-time Grammy winner has acted in a number of films and been a guest-star on television. Lovett was married to actress Julia Roberts for a short time in the mid-1990s.

Neil Hannon

Neil Hannon (born November 7, 1970) is a singer and songwriter, best known as the creator and lead member of the orchestral pop group The Divine Comedy. The band's official website even goes so far as to say, "The Divine Comedy is Neil Hannon," and Hannon is quoted in an interview as saying, "The Divine Comedy will always be my band because... I thought of it first!" In 2005 he contributed vocals to his long-time collaborator Joby Talbot's soundtrack for the movie version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Little Scream (Laurel Sprengelmeyer) is a one woman band who's recently finished her first album, The Golden Record. It was produced by Richard Reed Parry of Arcade Fire / Bell Orchestre fame. In 2010 she toured Canada, the U.S. (with Owen Pallet), and Europe. Sprengelmeyer is also an accredited oil painter.

Blades Of Hades or simply Blades (since 2006), are an Australian hip hop group from Newcastle. Since forming in the late 1990's they have released three albums, Blades Of Hades, This Installment, and Shadow Art in 2008. The group took its name from Greek mythology, where Hades was the Gatekeeper of the Underworld.[2] Known for their hardcore style lyrics and dark beats, Blades have developed a strong following overseas, having performed at many festivals in Europe, including Germany's Mass Hysteria in Hamburg.
