Ballboy

Originally a four piece comprising Viv Strachan (vocals), Gordon McIntyre (guitar), Nick Reynolds (bass), and Alexis Beattie (drums), ballboy played gigs around Edinburgh, UK for a few years, and recorded tracks for the Edinburgh indie compilation it's a life sentence..., released by the newly formed SL Records label in 1997. By 1999 Gordon, the band's main songwriter, had taken over vocal duties. Katie Griffiths had joined on keyboards and Gary Morgan had taken over the drums.

Christian Lindberg

Christian Lindberg (born 1958) is one of the best known classical trombonists in the world. At the age of 17 he took up the trombone and within two years, he had a position in the Royal Swedish Opera Orchestra. One year later, he became the world's first full-time trombone soloist.

To Our Glorious Death are a 5-piece hardcore outfit from Aberdeen, Scotland. In their shortlived time a band, they have shared stages with the likes of My Minds Weapon, Lavondyss, The Arusha Accord and Bleed From Within. Redefined in 2009 with a new line up and new material TOGD are pushing and experimenting at every turn to bring a different idea to tech based death metal.

Superstar

The vehicle for the pop genius of Joe McAlinden. Joe was previously a member of The Groovy Little Numbers, and recorded for 53rd and 3rd Records of Edinburgh. He has been in Bellshill scene bands with members of Teenage Fanclub, Soup Dragons and The BMX Bandits. They released a mini-album in 1992 on Creation Records called greatest Hits Vol. One. This featured Neil Grant, Raymond Prior and Mark Hughes.

HIDDEN MASTERS became a trio in Glasgow 2009 and have perfected their idiosyncratic blend of power-pop, psychedelia and rock'n'roll, catching ears and turning heads with their immediate songcraft, lively arrangements and glorious three-part harmonies, all delivered in an electrifying stage act, The trinity of Dave Dixon (lead guitar/vocal), Alpha Mitchell (bass guitar/vocal) and Johnny Wolfe (percussion/vocal) were recently featured on a 'Shindig!' magazine CD, and are recording a single to be released by State Records in Spring 2010.
