Andy Edwards

1.) Andy Edwards: A UK based Drummer
Andy Edwards is a UK based drummer/composer who came to prominence in the late 90's as a part of Robert Plant's 'Priory of Brion' He is currently the drummer in the UK progressive rock outfit IQ and he also appeared on 'Milliontown' by Frost, brainchild of UK pop songwriter/producer, Jem Godfrey. Andy is also an established drum clinician and in 2001 he created 'The Twitch' A CD containing his continuing facination with odd times and polyrhythms.

Exocet

"A single bullet in the head of freak. Music about corruption, terrorism and war." Exocet was launched in 2008 by the versatile labelfounder/producer/dj René Klimaczewski (aka Klima). He is known to insiders especially for his collaboration with the esteemed Architect. The latter was started by the also prolific Daniel Myer of haujobb. Since both are based in Leipzig (Germany) it was inevitable that their ways crossed. Result was in 2005 the up to now most appreciated Architect work The Analysis Of Noise Trading.

The Dillinger Escape Plan

The Dillinger Escape Plan is a band from Morris Plains, New Jersey. The band performs a fast-tempo, technically proficient style of music popularly known as mathcore. The band recorded their second EP with Relapse Records in 1998 entitled Under the Running Board. A year later, this was followed with the album Calculating Infinity, which was met with great acclaim from both underground and mainstream press.

Matteah Baim

Matteah Baim is a folk musician from New York, United States. She began writing music with Sierra Casady in 2005 for Metallic Falcons. After the band disbanded, she continued with a solo career in 2006, releasing her first solo album Death of the Sun in 2007. Matteah's music is described as disparate, haunted folk that roll over your senses like desert clouds. With the help of a few friends Jana Hunter, Devendra Banhart, and Rob Doran she has taken her palate of lonesome inky textures and blown it dry with a wanderer's spirit.

Lawrence Casserley

Active in electro-acoustic composition and performance since the 1960s, Lawrence Casserley has earned a reputation as a first-rate improviser with signal-processing electronics alongside such names as Evan Parker and Barry Guy. In the early 1990s, he became one of the first musicians to work with IRCAM's Signal Processing Workstation, and much of his current work involves Max/msp software. On a slightly less academic front, he is also one of the directors of the Colourscape organization...

There are at least nine artists named Desolate. Here are five. 1. Desolate aka Sven Weisemann. "The Invisible Insurrection" was released in February 2011 2. Desolate is a messy chiptune artist from the United States. His music is also described as '8-Bit on Drugs'. He has been releasing tracks through MySpace since 2007. 3. Desolate was a death metal band from Athol, Massachusetts, formed in 1992 and now split up. 4. Desolate is a Progressive Doom Metal band from Sweden.
