Rude Mechanicals

Rude Mechanicals play funky, post-punk, absurd rock. Also described as Surreal alt-Rock Cabaret. They are lead by the charismatic Miss Roberts (vocal/harmonica) whose quirky lyrics are a key feature. The band settled down into the current rock quartet lineup in 2005, with bass doubling keyboards and guitar doubling synth. The performances are often theatrical including such things as lessons in toe sucking.
