Martin Grech

Martin Grech (pronounced ‘Greck’) is a Maltese-English singer, songwriter and musician from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, born in 1983. He is known for his dark and powerful music, remarkable voice, and frequent subversion of style and genre. He first achieved serious critical acclaim after his haunting falsetto track Open Heart Zoo (written when he was 19 years old) was featured on a Lexus car advert on UK television in 2002.

When Prophecy Fails

When Prophecy Fails are a 4 piece island based band. We strive to create music which is powerful and thought provoking, priding ourselves on having both a versatile mindset and strong determination for a high standard of songwriting. This results in a high-energy live performance which is sharp and well rehearsed. Their music spans a number of genres. They thrive in the knowledge that they're free to create anything they want without fear of stigmatism or trend.

Threshold

There are (at least) three bands with the name Threshold: an English progressive metal band, an American R&B band and a Finnish progressive rock band. 1. A progressive metal band from the South of England, consisting of Damian Wilson (vocals), Karl Groom (guitar), Richard West (keyboards), Steve Anderson (bass) and Johanne James (drums). The band's early years saw four highly acclaimed albums released through the independent label GEP. After some line-up changes and many tours in Europe alongside bands such as Dream Theater, Threshold signed to Inside Out Music in 2000.

Irukandji

Irukandji can refer to four bands: 1. Irukandji is a Melodic Death Metal band from Ford City, PA. Their official band page is https://www.facebook.com/irukandjiofficial 2. Irukandji is a female fronted progressive metal/hard rock band from Norwich, England formed in 2007 under the name Strength of Presence, (initially as a semi-acoustic trio of two guitars and lead female vocals). In 2008 they recruited a drummer and a bassist and changed their name to Irukandji, to reflect the harsher more aggressive nature of their music.

Brutal Truth

Brutal Truth is a New York City-based grindcore band that was formed in 1990 by ex-Anthrax and Nuclear Assault bassist Dan Lilker. Brutal Truth was one of the pioneers of grindcore who enjoyed world wide success, particularly in Japan and Australia. Originally signed to Earache Records, on which they released two albums, 1992's Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses, and 1994's Need to Control, as well as an EP entitled Perpetual Conversion, and a 7" single for the song "Godplayer".

Magnetic North

There are two artists with the name Magnetic North: 1) Magnetic North is a hip hop group that formed when Theresa Vu and Derek Khan were at UC Berkeley. They released a self-titled album in 2006 which can be found at http://www.magnetichiphop.com. 2) Magnetic North was a Bremerton, WA rock band formed in 1997 and lasted until 2003. It was fronted by John Boyce, Marshall and Harley Trotland, and Charlie Potter. They released two full length albums and toured with bands such as Third. "Intoxication Proclamation" was released in 2003, "The Only Constant Thing" was released in 2000.
