Pharoah

Pharoah played the role of the east coast’s tonic to the masses for the over saturated 1980’s L.A. Glam Scene. Pharoah was best known for their outrageous stage antics, half blond and half black hairdo's and beat-conscious rock ‘n’ roll. Armed with their self-indoctrinated credo “Sex, Glam, Gloom” the band would dominate the tri-state area’s music scene during the 1980’s.

There are two bands under the name of Come:
(1) An American indie rock band.
(2) A British experimental band founded by William Bennett, who would later go on to form the very influential band Whitehouse.
(1) Come was also an American indie rock band from 1990-2001. Come was formed in Boston, Massachusetts by Thalia Zedek (vocal, guitar), Chris Brokaw (guitar, vocal), Arthur Johnson (drums), and Sean O'Brien (bass).

Black Rain

For French glam/hard-rock band, see Blackrain. There are at least eight bands with the name Black Rain:

1) Black Rain, the NYC post punk / industrial group began in '89 with Stuart Argabright, Bones, Shin Shimokawa , Thom Furtado and Dave Vulcan, emerging out of the ruins of seminal post-punk outfit Ike Yard. After playing CBGB's, The Bank, Tompkins Square Park show commemorating the Riots there and the last GG Allin show at the Gas Station on LES ( Lungcast cassette ), this phase of the group went on to work in the Studio with Roy Mayorga (Thorn / StoneSour ) on drums and guitar riffage.

David Bass

David Bass has been writing and singing for many years now. He works with Derek Fay on a project up until recently called Mrs. Columbo. They were forced to change the name of this band when they discovered another band (through My Space) also called Mrs. Columbo. On David Bass' album the Lovers, he has written both on his own and alongside guitarist Stephen Lytton. His music is often moody and changes in style from song to song. Tigertailz

Tigertailz are a glam metal band hailing from Cardiff, Wales. They are most famous for their 1990 album Bezerk which made the UK Top 40 and spawned three successful singles. Early years (1986-1990) Part of the nascent glam metal scene in the late 1980s, Tigertailz first line-up issued debut album Young And Crazy in 1987. The album featured vocalist Steevi Jaimz, guitarist Jay Pepper, bassist Pepsi Tate (Huw Justin Smith (1965-2007)) and drummer Ace Finchum. The debut created interest in the band and spawned the anthemic single Livin' Without You.

Rachel Stamp

Rachel Stamp is an British rock band formed in London 1994 to fight what it saw as bland, conformist music. Rachel Stamp have gained a cult following across the United Kingdom and beyond through constant touring and a string of critically acclaimed independent releases. Their debut album, Hymns For Strange Children was released in 2000 and was followed by Oceans Of Venus two years later. As of 2005 the band is recording its third effort for release early 2006. Current band members are David Ryder-Prangley (Bass/Vocals), Will Crewdson (Lead Guitar) and Shaheena Dax (Keyboards).

Richard O'Brien

Richard O'Brien (born Richard Timothy Smith on March 25, 1942 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK) is a writer and performer. He is best known for writing the musical The Rocky Horror Show and its 1975 film adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show, in which he played the character of Riff-Raff. The stage show has been in almost continuous production since, and the cinematic version is one of the best known and most ardently followed cult films of all time.
