Twilight's Embrace

In early 2010, Ben Sizer (guitars), Allan Sharp (drums), Dee Christopher (vocals), Al Venn (bass), and Dan Snowdon (guitars) gathered together to write dark and melodic metal. Drawing from a range of influences, Nottingham’s Twilight's Embrace blend slow and majestic doom-laden riffs with twin guitar harmonies that switch between the delicate and the destructive, overlaid with deathly roars and gothic baritone choruses.

Desolation Angels

Desolation Angels formed in London in 1981, and later moved to Los Angeles, California. They are best known for their single Valhalla / Boadicea and their self titled full-length, though they also recorded an unreleased full-length titled While The Flames Still Burn.

Hebephrenic

HEBEPHRENIC are a rock/metal band that mixes raw power and atmospheric melody in equal parts, they merge influences from a wide span of genres and create something that is distinctly their own. HEBEPHRENIC were formed in the summer of 2002. After developing a strong local following which led to several packed local shows, the band began to travel further afield and have taken their unique brand of metal up and down the country, sharing stages with bands ranging from Cthonic, Devil Sold his Soul, Beyond All Reason, British Sea Power, to, bizarrely, Liberty X!

Terminus

There are multiple artists called Terminus: 1) Early project of Pamela Passmore and Ure Thrall, both of whom were later involved in Asianova along with Jim Wilson and Bonnie McNairn from Voice of Eye. 2) Terminus were an anarcho-punk band from Scunthorpe, UK, who gigged and recorded in the 1980's and 1990's. They recorded several singles and two albums on the Words Of Warning and Campary labels. A compilation album, "Graveyard of Dreams" was released on the Boss Tuneage label.

Evil Scarecrow are a Parody Metal band from Nottingham, England. Their current line up is the 4th generation of crows since the band started out life in Boston, Lincolnshire at the turn of the millennium, previous line ups included Frenzy G. Spinesnap on the drums, Nemesis on bass and Hymen the Unbreakable on Keyboards. Papa Bongo distinguishes himself by having played Keyboards, Bass and Drums for the band during their metamorphosis. Led Zeppelin

Led Zeppelin were an English rock band originally formed in 1968 by guitarist Jimmy Page under the name "The New Yardbirds", based on Page's previous band, The Yardbirds. The band formed when Jimmy Page (guitar) recruited Robert Plant (vocals, harmonica), John Paul Jones (bass guitar, keyboards, mandolin), and John Bonham (drums). With their heavy, guitar-driven blues-rock sound, Led Zeppelin are regularly cited as one of the progenitors of heavy metal and hard rock music. However, the band's individualistic style drew from many sources and transcends any one genre.

Fist

There are at least 3 artists known under this name: 1) Fist (originally called Axe) was one of several early NWOBHM bands who were signed to MCA records at about the same time (others in this group were Quartz, Tygers Of Pan Tang, and White Spirit). Their sound wasn't too different from their contemporaries, with the exception being they had a slightly more melodic feel to their songs. Two albums were released, and like many other NWOBHM bands, they faded away soon after, disbanding in 1984.

Lone Wolf

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Lone Wolf is the alter ego of multi-instrumentalist Paul Marshall. Lone Wolf's songs are often very dark in thier themes and very murder ballad-esq. Signed to Bella Union his debut album called 'The Devil And I' is to be released on May 17th 2010. Marshall has been making waves with the music video for the first single 'Keep Your Eyes On The Road' as it is a tribut/homage to Peter Gabriel's classic 'Sledgehammer'. Peter Gabriel has seen and approved the video, as have the team at Aardman animation who worked on the original.
