Tek is an American rapper, famous as a member of the duo Smif-N-Wessun, and the hip hop collective Boot Camp Clik. Tek debuted on Black Moon's 1993 album Enta Da Stage with his rhyming partner General Steele. In 1994, Smif-N-Wessun released their debut single Bucktown, which became a Billboard Hot 100 hit, and gave Brooklyn the nickname "Bucktown, home of the original gun clappers".

Bow Wow

There are two artists with the name Bow Wow, for the Japanese hard rock/heavy metal act (see Bow Wow)
1. Shad Gregory Moss (born March 9, 1987 in Columbus, Ohio), better known by his stage name Bow Wow, is an American rapper and actor signed to Cash Money Records. He started rapping in 1993 and was noticed by rapper Snoop Dogg, who gave him his stage name then signed him to Death Row Records, and in 1998, at the age of eleven, Bow Wow was introduced to record producer Jermaine Dupri, who has since helped shape his career.

Phat Kat

Phat Kat (a.k.a. Ronnie Cash), (b. Ronnie Watts) is a rapper from the east side of Detroit. His career began in the mid 90's as part of 1st Down, which consisted of Phat Kat on vocals and Jay Dee on production. The group was short lived however, possibly because of insufficient support/promotion from their label, Payday, but the two continued to collaborate on many occasions afterwards, starting with an appearance on "Fat Cat Song" and it's remix, from Slum Village's Fan-Tas-Tic (Vol. 1). He also appeared on Jay Dee's Welcome 2 Detroit on the song "Featuring Phat Kat".
