If there’s one thing Houston rapper Rob G. has in this world, it’s experience. From appearing on MTV in a Roc-A-Fella sponsored rhyme battle against the nations Top Battle Rappers like Wreckognize and TJ Swann to escaping death in a drug deal gone wrong to witnessing the death of his father at the age of 12, this artist’s life has been nothing short of breathtaking. Another thing Rob G. has, that comes as a direct result of said experiences, is superior mic skills. Hailing from a city where game and affiliations at times trump verbal dexterity and lyricism, Rob G.

Bumpy Knuckles
Bumpy Knuckles, also known as Freddie Foxxx, (born James Campbell in 1969) is an American rapper from New York. He has a trademark rough and tough approach in his lyrics (as well as his lifestyle) which has endeared him to Hardcore hip hop lovers and yet made him infamous within the record industry. Foxxx released his first LP, Freddie Foxxx Is Here in (1989) through MCA Records. He soon parted ways with the label and became a member of Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit establishment.

There are at least 3 artists known under this name: 1) Fist (originally called Axe) was one of several early NWOBHM bands who were signed to MCA records at about the same time (others in this group were Quartz, Tygers Of Pan Tang, and White Spirit). Their sound wasn't too different from their contemporaries, with the exception being they had a slightly more melodic feel to their songs. Two albums were released, and like many other NWOBHM bands, they faded away soon after, disbanding in 1984.

Eminem, (born Marshall Bruce Mathers III on October 17, 1972), is one of today's most popular and controversial rappers. His first album, entitled Infinite was highly acclaimed after its release. Before releasing the album, Eminem had already produced many underground tracks, which spanned multiple mix-tapes. Eminem's early work focused mostly on his experiences with drugs and being bullied. He was heavily involved in the underground freestyle circuit, competing and winning multiple competitions.
