Miss Jazmine Sullivan (an Aries) is an American R&B singer born April 9th, 1987 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Homecut Directive, the North of England's best kept Hip-Hop secret, released their debut single "Come The Revolution" (featuring Corinne Bailey-Rae) in March 2004 after five years of gigging, recording, freestyling and generally "putting the hip in Hip-Hop" (North Guide). Over the years this six-man live Hip-Hop crew have developed one of the UK's finest live shows, supporting Black Twang, People Under The Stairs, Fingathing & Ty. With regular shows at The Hifi Club in Leeds & Sheffield's Tuesday Club, Homecut are currently recording new material for release in 2007.

The Soul Survivors were a Philadelphia R&B group, known for their 1967 hit "Expressway to Your Heart", which was the first hit by Philadelphia soul producers Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff. They first played together in New York City under the name The Dedications, releasing several singles under this name in 1962 and 1964. They adopted the name Soul Survivors in 1965. They signed to Philadelphia label Crimson Records, who put them in touch with Gamble & Huff.
