The Undercover Hippy
“The Undercover Hippy”, is a singer songwriter and producer who brings together elements of folk, hip-hop, and reggae amongst other influences. The result is a selection of extremely catchy, politically charged and thought provoking songs, packed with imagery and performed with the voice of a man twice his size. His music is difficult to define, but has been likened to that of Jack Johnson, The John Butler Trio, Gomez and Xavier Rudd among others.

It is music that will get people talking, made by a six-piece who use violin, trumpet, trombone and keys blended with electric guitar, drums and bass to produce rock ‘n’ roll one moment and elegant chamber pop the next.
The band, comprising a set of siblings and friends from the West Midlands, is fronted by Matt Pinfield and Harriet J Woodcock.
