Smoke or Fire

Smoke or Fire is an American punk rock band from Boston, Massachusetts. The band originally formed in 1998, when western Massachusetts natives Joe McMahan (lead vocals and guitar) and Jeremy Cochran (guitar) got together with fellow Boston University students Ken Gurley (bass) and Nick Maggiore (drums), hailing from New Hampshire. Originally calling themselves Jericho, the boys released their debut album, When the Battery Dies, in 2000. Their fan base grew as they played DIY basement shows and small clubs throughout the Northeast.

The Queers

The Queers are a pop punk band from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, formed in 1982. Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter Joe King has been the principal member of the group, with a vast number of musicians cycling in and out of the band over the years. Supposedly, the band name 'Queers' was used simply to poke fun at what he called the "Art Fag" community in NH. That same brand of humor and inanity has become a staple of The Queers music, who have produced songs such as "Can't Stop Farting", "Born to Do Dishes", and "I Didn't Get Invited To The Prom" in their own Ramones-esque style.

Girl Vs Ghost

Girl Vs Ghost formed in 2006, but it wasn't until late 2008 when guitarist Tristan Waight was diagnosed with cancer that the band truly discovered who they are. Fresh from their very first self-funded east coast tour, Girl Vs Ghost battled through their toughest year as a band while Tristan battled his illness; all the while continuing to play constant shows, write new material and record demos for what eventually became their first official EP 'Eye For An Eye'.

High Five Drive

High Five Drive finished off 2009 with the Japanese release of “Fullblast”, their latest record. Days later it’s 2010 and HFD is on an eight show tour in the USA. After a few months at home working on new material, the band tours several European countries in April with Canadian dates in late March. The band isn’t rich, and has only a small network of allies. Yet, they have kept a firm standing in the insanity of egos, opinions, and ostracism also know as the music industry. Alone they stare into the Icy Dawn.
