Laura Jansen , a Dutch-born, Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and musician, chronicles those little things, like cutting her hair, buying pink floral sheets, and venturing out for a drink with the guy down the hall, on her debut album Bells, a dreamy collection of piano-driven alt-pop songs with lush arrangements and intimate, intelligent lyrics reflecting the thoughts and hopes of an independent girl alone in the world.
Black Sixteen was formed in London, UK in late 2010 by songwriter Amir Khan (formerly of grunge-rockers 'Unusual Pets') on guitar, accompanied by Matt Burn on the drums, under the temporary moniker of 'Rain Hits Concrete'. The current line-up was completed with the addition of Alex Brock (previously in 'The Moscow Undergound') on bass and Laura Sepp (from Estonian metal outfit 'Label Of Guilt') on keyboards in early 2011.

Here, she met Sarah Deboe, originally from Liverpool, with a love for 60's rock n' roll, very distinctive and well mastered in her guitar style and songwriting. Deboe Excelled in Performance as well, competing and winning "Battle of the Bands" in Liverpool as a solo artist.
Pearly Gate Music are an indie folk band heavily influenced by traditional American music and country. They sound similar to Fleet Foxes and the lead singer Zach Tillman is the brother of Fleet Foxes drummer Joshua or J.Tillman. Zach Tillman also plays bass in his brother's touring band and plays bass and sings on some tracks on J.Tillman's 2009 album "Vacilando Territory Blues".
Val Verde are 3 Fifers and a Weejie who in 2008 began to make their mark on the Scottish music scene. One of the tracks from the upcoming album has been mixed by the legendary producer Tchad Blake (Black Keys, Elvis Costello, Pearl Jam, Tom Waits, Sheryl Crow, The Dandy Warhols, Gomez) in the south of France.
Little Casino is a 5-piece Alternative Rock band from Brisbane. Playing a unique form of music that fuses 60's melodies, reverberated guitars and beautiful vocal melodies that swings from punchy pop to ambient noise, it's hard to not to enjoy a Little Casino set. After forming in late 2010, Little Casino released an independent EP mid-2011 which got nation wide indie and JJJ radio play, and are in the process of tracking a second record that's sure to take the band to the next level.
