He is often described as a "screaming philosopher". Multi-talented Kazuki Tomokawa (?????, singer, author, actor, painter, raconteur) remains curiously unappreciated in the West, in spite of creating some of the most consistently inspired, emotionally resonant outsider folk music of recent years.
