Call to Preserve is a straight edge hardcore band based in Central Florida. Formed in 2003, the band plays heavy straight ahead hardcore that occasionally carries a melodic tinge.
After releasing a demo in 2005 CTP were signed to Facedown Records imprint label, Strikefirst Records in 2006. Their first full length, "Unsinkable," was released that August.
In the summer of 2008, CTP moved to parent label Facedown Records to release their sophomore album, "From Isolation," which was recorded that July with Jim Seigel (Dropkick Murphys...
All For Nothing from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, has left their mark in the European scene since their very first shows in 2004 and their first full length “Can’t Kill What’s Inside” from 2007. The Band has played several headline tours in Europe and had the pleasure to share stages with bands like Bane, Down To Nothing, Parkway Drive, Terror, H20, Sick Of It All, Agnostic Front, Cro Mags, This Is Hell, Cruel Hand, Go it Alone, Verse, The Warriors and Comeback Kid.
LOOK MY WAY was born in the summer of 2010 with the goal to create heavy, blood pumping hardcore with origins based in classic east coast hc bands such as AF, JUDGE, MADBALL, MERAUDER and newer bands such as DEATH THREAT, 100 DEMONS, old HATEBREED. Each member of LMW comes from different kind of background and bands (another victory,kill this dream,cheap thrills etc.), but everyone shares the passion for grassroots hc, it was just a matter of time until they found each other to do this band.
There are three known artists with this name: 1) Energetic, positive Straight Edge Hardcore from Seattle.
Champion released two EPs, entitled 'Come Out Swinging' and 'Count Our Numbers' (which were eventually compiled onto one record entitled 'Time Slips Away'), a single full-length album, 'Promises Kept', and a split EP with Betrayed (who featured two members of Champion) before splitting in 2006. Their reasoning for breaking up can be found on their MySpace page.
There is one band called DYS and one band called Dys. Last.Fm mixes them up: 1.) Formed at ground zero of Boston's legendary straight edge hardcore scene, DYS, stood for "Department of Youth Services" but they jokingly told everyone it stood for "Dave You Suck".
They rose out of SS Decontrol's Boston Crew, going on to help establish the city as a center of the movement along with Negative FX and Last Rights.

1. overlord is an indie pop band from Brooklyn, NY. Overlord is on an indie label, Storm Tower Records, and has released 5 full-length records and 2 EPs. The band consists of: Tris McCall, Matt Houser, Sarah Brockett, and George Pasles. Wisdom In Chains was started a few years back with members from America and Europe. Maarten, a guitar player from Holland in a band called Daredevil made the call to Richie and Mad Joe who where in Krutch at the time. Maarten had the idea to start an old school band, with heavy punk and oi influences. The three met while Krutch was on tour in Europe. The plans where made and Maarten came to the USA to record. The group released a self entitled CD on Gangstyle Records. Only one show was ever performed by the group due to the extreme distance between the members.
Strong As Ten is a punk hardcore band from France. They released a split 7inch with Lost Boys on Shogun Recordings.
