There are a number of artists working under the name of Recon: 1. Recon is a straight-edge, heavy hardcore/metal band from Albany, NY, originally formed in 2003. In 2006, they released one EP on Closed Casket Activities entitled Graves. In the summer of 2009 Jens (ex All Above Hate) and Sam came up with the idea of starting a straight edge band. They encountered Nate (The Mansion Incident) who had the similar idea of starting a band with only straight edge members. They were still in need of vocals and a drummer so they decided to ask around if anyone knew a drummer. That's where Willem came into their life, a xVx drummer. They all went to H8000 fest to see Thomas and Thibaut singalong with xAFBx.

Six ft. Ditch formed circa 1999 from the ashes of BOGMONSTA (RIP), from day 1 the band has HIT HARD on the UK scene regularly sharing stages and dancefloors with Knuckledust, 50 Caliber and NINEBAR. The first release was "FACES OF DEATH" on Rucktion Records (London LBU), A monstrous record filled with Murder, revenge and insanity which basically is a soundtrack to kill people to! The band played numerous shows in support of the release but never made it much further than London on the show circuit! After a slight line-up change...
The history of Knuckledust dates back to 1996 when Nic, Ray and Wema contacted Pierre to start a band. At this time London was undergoing a serious lack of support for hardcore and heavy music generally. There was plently of bands playing it but not together so Knuckledust and a few other bands of that era took it upon themselves to put on shows for each other and help a scene that had been forgotten about.
