Neon Neon

Neon Neon is a collaboration between the artists Boom Bip and Gruff Rhys. They first worked together on Boom Bip's Blue Eyed in the Red Room album, released in 2005. Their debut album, Stainless Style was released on March 18th, 2008 through Lex Records. Their first single Trick for Treat is also out, and can be heard on their myspace page. The album "Stainless Style" was nominated for the 2008 Mercury Prize.

Katherine Jenkins

Katherine Jenkins (born 29 June 1980 in Neath, West Glamorgan, Wales) is a Welsh mezzo-soprano. In 2004, at the age of 23, she signed the largest record deal in United Kingdom classical recording history, with an undisclosed seven-figure deal. On Sunday 25th November 2007, Katherine Jenkins' new album 'Rejoice' entered the 'Official UK Album Chart' at number 3. Katherine beat off stiff competition from the likes of Girls Aloud, Led Zeppelin, Spice Girls, Take That and Celine Dion.

Cwtch

Cwtch (pronounced 'kutch') is a musical collaboration between Marie Craven (Pixieguts) and Paul Foster (Dementio13). Cardiff-based Dementio13 and Australia-based Pixieguts became online collaborators in 2008. The music is a mixture of melodic , -tinged and with impressionistic lyrics and themes. Lyrics are from the writings of Pixieguts, TRavvy, Titee, Nita Disaster, Adrian Carter, Reconsiderate, Lynne DeSilva-Johnson, Dementio13, Gunda G.

Cerys Matthews

Cerys Matthews is a welsh singer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of Welsh rock band Catatonia; although she has also released solo work. Catatonia was formed in 1992, reputedly after songwriter Mark Roberts heard Cerys busking in Cardiff city centre; Cerys subsequently sang lead vocals on the band's hits. Outside Catatonia she performed on The Ballad of Tom Jones and collaborated with Tom Jones on Baby, It's Cold Outside (originally by Frank Loesser) on Reload. In September 2001 Cerys announced her departure from Catatonia after bouts of exhaustion and anxiety.

Cromlech

Cromlech was a Melodic Death Metal band in the vein of Eucharist's A Velvet Creation but continued to build on their own sound to develop their own brand of Melodic Death with their following Promo and then last EP, The Vulture Tones. The sound exhibitied in those two releases after "And Darkness Fell" (1996) was much more elaborate now mixing in more elements of straight death metal as well as hints of black metal.

Survivalists

Launched in January 2011, Survivalists pulled a big crowd to their debut show at Buffalo Bar, Cardiff, with Samoans and were swiftly rebooked. Since then things have been moving quickly and the band recently recorded their debut EP 'The Last Bastion' with Producer Charlie Francis (REM, SFA). Their influences include LaFaro, Billy Talent, Hell Is For Heroes, Fighting With Wire and Placebo. SURVIVALISTS Bringing the noise to those of you still left alive.

Sankara Music

WHO ARE SANKARA? Once upon a time there was a Welsh folk-goth-psychedelic-metal band called Bluehorses. They released five albums, 2 live videos/dvds and played lots of folk and rock festivals all over Europe. The band ended in 2008, leaving guitarist Jay MacDonald & bassist Rhayn Jooste to look for something else to do. In 2009 a progressive rock band called the Reasoning decided to part ways with their co-lead vocalist / keyboard player Gareth Jones and drummer Vinden Wylde. Gareth and Vinden were founder members and played on the first two Reasoning albums as well as on numerous tours.
