Evoken

Evoken is a funeral doom metal band from Lyndhurst, New Jersey, USA, one of the earliest U.S. doom/death metal bands that are still active today along with Novembers Doom and Rigor Sardonicous. Evoken are highly inspired by the Australian band Disembowelment. The band name Evoken is taken from the Thergothon song found on Fhtagn-nagh Yog-Sothoth. The band was founded by guitarist Nick Orlando and bassist Rob Robichaud under the name Funereus in April of 1992 and released a demo which sonds like extremely slow, dark brutal death metal with super deep growls.

Unearthly Trance

Hailing from Long Island/Brooklyn New York, UNEARTHLY TRANCE formed in 2000. Founding members Ryan (Rion) Lipynsky and Jay Newman started with the idea of a 'Metaphysical Funeral Pyre'. Like a Phoenix Undead, UNEARTHLY TRANCE instantly gained attention due to the heavy atmospheric riffs laced with viciously attacking vocals. After hearing UT's original demo tape "SonicBurialHymns", Southern Lord Recording’s Greg Anderson quickly released the debut 7" ep "Lord Humanless Awakens" for the 7" of Doom series.

Ophelia

There is more than one artist with the name Ophelia: 1. Ophelia are a metal band hailing from Chelmsford, Essex. Formed in late 2008, the band immediately started writing material and playing gigs in the local area. The spring of 2009 saw the band recording their debut E.P. at CDS Studios in Essex. By summer artwork and design had been finished, and the band raised money for CD replication throughout the autumn using a ‘presale scheme' that allowed fans to preorder and pay for the E.P. before it came out, ensuring them a signed copy.

Lustmord

Brian Williams is a British electronic musician often credited for creating the genre with albums recorded under the name Lustmord. Williams started recording as Lustmord in 1980 before joining SPK in 1982.
Lustmord has extracted field recordings made in crypts, caves, and slaughterhouses, and combined it with occasional ritualistic incantations and Tibetan horns. His treatments of acoustic phenomena encased in digitally expanded bass rumbles have a dark ambient quality.

Royal Thunder

ROYAL THUNDER (Mlny Parsonz – bass / vocals, Josh Weaver – guitar, Jesse Stuber - drums) is a haunting rock band that lures listeners in with their dark rhythms and soulful vocals. The band formed in 2007 and self-recorded and released a seven song EP in late 2009. Royal Thunder released follow up to their self-titled debut entitled 'CVI' in the spring of 2012. The album encompasses soulful, bluesy, southern styles of music.
