Farse were a Ska-Core band from Birmingham, they started in 1996, and went through a few lineup changes until they ended up with Ade, Chris, Dan, Ollie and Tomas as the final line up. They played loads of shows around the UK, supporting many UK ska bands like Capdown and King Prawn. The Fractions

The Fractions are a ska punk band from around Manchester UK, heavily influenced by 90s punk bands such as Leatherface and Samiam, as well as ska influenced bands such as Capdown and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. The six piece band started off life as a ska band and gradually developed into their own unique blend of melodic punk and skacore.

Rudiments

The Rudiments were considered the dark side of ska. They mixed heavy punk with a bit of ska. Signed to Dill Records (home of Skankin' Pickle) but broke up in '97. They came from the East Bay Ska/Punk scene and drew heavily from other bands utilizing the fusion of the two sounds like Operation Ivy and The Clash. Originally known as Los Rudiments, the band released 2 full albums and a split with the Suicide Machines, and had a compilation album re-released through Asian Man records.

Fatter Than Albert has been throwing punches, exploding faces, and playing rock guitar since January of 2004. Pulling inspiration from their home town of New Orleans, the band has set out to challenge themselves musically and has created a unique blend of jazz influenced ska-punk music. They have displayed their energetic live show numerous times locally with crowds of over 400 in attendance.
