Gwyn Ashton (born in Wales, South Australia) is an Australian Rock musician. He played in the 1980ies the supporting act for Rory Gallagher and he was influenced by him. After that he went on tour with artists like Mick Fleetwood, B. B. King, AC/DC, Johnny Winter, Dr. Feelgood, Whitesnake or Status Quo through the U.S. and Europe. His sound is a mixture of Blues Rock and Hard Rock. His most famous song is "The Road is my religion". Discography
