Jon Nelson

Jon Nelson produces a radio show called Some Assembly Required that is also available online as a podcast. Its main focus is music created by the manipulation of other songs or sound sources - either legal or illegal. You will hear a lot of Negativland, John Oswald and Antediluvian Rocking Horse for example. Also, DJ Food and DJ Shadow are often in the playlists. If you are more of an easy listening type, you will not like this show - there is very little in the way of consistant melody.
