Zapa (Miguel Zapata), was born in A Coruña (Spain) in 1989. He started a Bob Dylan tribute band with two friends and toured until late 2006 as The Highlights. He started writing his own music right after leaving the band, recording in 2007 his first demo, "Five Songs Left". His songs, delicate and introspective, are highly influenced by the psychedelic sounds of the 60s offering "a lovely delivery of lyrics, and a softly psychedelic style that is perfect chill-out soundtrack." (Marilyn Roxie, 'A Future in Noise')
