fLako is one of Europe’s best emerging beats producers at the moment. First appearing a couple of years ago on Up My Alley’s ‘Beatnicks Vol.2’ with the banging ‘Inside’, it was not until his outstanding remix for Robot Koch’s Vortex Cookies project in late 2008 that heads really began to turn, and his take on the track has since been a set-staple for players like Gaslamp Killer, Hudson Mohawke and Jay “Beat Dimensions” Scarlett. Damn right.
