Calum Carlyle is a singer/songwriter from Orkney, now based in Edinburgh. His stock in trade is edgy acoustic snapshots, however he is also known for more upbeat singalong numbers as well as many types of world and folk music. He used to be in a band called The Lapels, with Kris Drever and Neil Dixon, and he's now in a band called Neoviolet, as well as performing his own material.
