Mike Monday studied music at Oxford University, and worked in the early 90s with Andy Cato of Groove Armada as part of Beat Foundation. His debut album, Smorgasbord, was praised by the likes of Ministry of Sound and DJ Mag, and he's now working on a follow up entitled "Songs Without Words - Part 1"(due to be released in September 2008), which will feature the influence of a variety of genres, such as hosue, funk and techno.
