Clancy

Clancy is the name of two artists; 1) a folk-pop group from London formed in 2006, and 2) a British group prominent in the pub rock scene of the early 1970s. 1) Clancy are a group of singer/songwriters who create quirky folk-pop songs. They are fronted by singer/actress Sharon Clancy who is from Wexford, Ireland, and from whom the band takes its name. Sharon has starred in numerous musical (on and off the West End) and enjoyed a lengthy solo career.
