Karel Francis Fialka is a british singer-songwriter. He was born in Bengal, India, to a scottish father & czechoslavakian mother. Fialka had a top ten hit in 1987 on the United Kingdom Singles Chart with the single "Hey, Matthew", after having a minor hit in 1980 with "The Eyes Have It" on Blueprint Records.
