Carmina

Celtic jazz-folk pioneers led by the gorgeous voice/sax/whistles of Pippa Marland and great arranger/acoustic guitarist Rob King (also bodhran and mandola). They compose the songs then gather a stellar cast of musicians to work with them live and in the studio drawn from the worlds of jazz and trad folk and create a seemless and uplifting fusion of different styles. They have recorded two albums with Irish music legend Donal Lunny and are appearing at several festivals this year.
