This Way Up are a band from the Herts and Essex area. They formed in late 2006 and have recently recorded a new demo which can be found at www.myspace.com/thiswayupuk.
The band consists of Polly Hardy-Johnson on vocals, Reece Akhtar on Guitar, Sean Evans on Guitar, Tim Mcdonnell on Drums and Jason Langdon on Bass.
The group have been likened to Kate Nash fronting a rock/metal band and are praised for their vocal and guitar melodies over hard rock and metal riffs and drums.
