One Little Plane
A twist on the singer-songwriter tradition, One Little Plane is a musical epiphany straight from the unfaltering beat of one little heart -- the captivating Kathryn Bint. You may have first heard the beguiling voice of One Little Plane on the Four Tet remix of 'Melody Day,' the single from Caribou's latest album Andorra (2007). Originally from Chicago, Kathryn relocated to London in 2003, where she began recording in her flat with producer Kieran Hebden (Four Tet) in 2005.
The Darling Buds

Summer Cats
Summer Cats are two girls and three boys from Melbourne, Australia. Like most people from Melbourne, they spend their time either: a) enjoying summer or b) waiting for summer to arrive. They play crash pop in an attempt to make you dance, so if you feel the urge...go right ahead! Musically they are somewhat of a cross between Stereolab and The Go-Betweens....or is that Talulah Gosh and The Left Banke?
John Otway
John Otway, (born October 2, 1952, in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England) is a self-confessed unsuccessful singer songwriter, who built a large cult audience through unrelenting touring, a surreal sense of humour and a winning underdog personality. Arriving on the back of punk rock and a gymnastic performance on The Old Grey Whistle Test, his first single, the half-spoken love song "Really Free" 'soared' to #27 in the UK chart. It would be his greatest success for some time. It did earn him a five album deal with Polydor records, who thought he was a punk rather than merely eccentric.
Jump: Press A
Jump: Press A are an Edinburgh based indie/pop/rock band who have been compared to the likes of Garbage, Muse and Placebo. Their songs are multi-layered mini-epics with dark lyrics that strike hard against a background of quirky riffs and pop driven melodies. It leaves a strawberry aftertaste. The band formed in much the same way as most bands - around a table at an open mic night. Impressed with each others' alcohol fueled musical efforts, they decided that, perhaps, together they could be more than a few drunks with instruments and a mild obsession with vocal harmony.
