Destiny Joy Tobing Tiurma or popularly known as Joy Tobias is an Indonesian pop singer, who rose to fame after successfully winning the talent show Indonesian Idol first. Women born in Jakarta, March 20, 1980, in the final round to beat Delon Delon Thamrin or Idol.
