Silent Scream

There was more than one band named Silent Scream. One of them was a hardcore band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin that was around from about 1987 to about 1989. Visage

There are at least two artists sharing the name Visage; The name is used by a British synthpop band, and a Japanese visual kei band. British: The first Visage was a new romantic band formed in 1978 by Steve Strange (former member of the punk band Moors Murderers) and Rusty Egan (previously the drummer for The Rich Kids). Initially, the band was comprised of Steve Strange, Rusty Egan and Midge Ure (also previously of The Rich Kids).

Heaven 17

Heaven 17 is a British synthpop band originating in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom formed in 1980. Taking their name from a fictional pop group mentioned in Anthony Burgess's novel A Clockwork Orange (where 'The Heaven Seventeen' are at number 4 in the charts with 'Inside' [1]), Heaven 17 formed when Ian Craig Marsh and Martyn Ware split from their earlier group The Human League and formed production company British Electric Foundation (BEF). Shortly after, they recruited their good friend and photographer Glenn Gregory on vocals to complete their lineup for Heaven 17.

China Crisis

From Wikipedia: China Crisis is a British rock group formed in 1979 in Kirkby on Merseyside, with a core band of vocalist/keyboardist Garry Daly and guitarist Eddie Lundon. Their output was pop music similar in style to that of the new romantics, but with strong similarities to the post-punk movement of the early 1980s, namely inclusion of a broader range of musical influences and occasional flirtation with political commentary.

The Thought Criminals

Haircut 100

Haircut One Hundred (also known as Haircut 100) was a pop music band, formed in 1980 by Nick Heyward, Les Nemes, Graham Jones, Phil Smith, Mark Fox, and Blair Cunningham. They were successful from the beginning, with their 1981 single Favourite Shirts (Boy Meets Girl) setting the stage for the breakthrough success of the album Pelican West (1982). The single Love Plus One was even bigger than anything previous, and Haircut 100 seemed poised for stardom just as Heyward decided to seek a solo career.
